CoolDesigning has created this refund policy to describe a) the situations when CoolDesigning would issue a refund, b) the method for claiming a refund against an order and c) the liabilities of CoolDesigning associated with a transaction ending in a refund claim.

This refund policy covers CoolDesigning ‘ treatment of refunds by CoolDesigning .This refund policy is not applicable to the practices of corporations that CoolDesigning does not own or manage, or of persons that CoolDesigning does not employ or manage, together with any third-party service and/or product providers bound by contract and any third-party websites that CoolDesigning links
Filing a complain
We believe that each project is initiated with an objective to achieve a particular service and/or product. Refund is a last option that you would simply like to take when the things are not figuring or working out and you have made all possible attempts of amicably working out a mutually acceptable solution.
Therefore we would like to understand if we can reach an amicable and mutually acceptable solution. If you’re not satisfied for any reason that has initiated to file a claim for refund, we would request you to take out some time and initiate a dialog before you claim refund. For this, please do write to us at info@CoolDesigning.com.
Every refund claim must solely be filed if the mutual settlement fails or if you are not satisfied at all with the end result.
Eligibility for refund
CoolDesigning takes each and every project (based on the service and / or product) very seriously and ensures that the same is handled in best possible professional manner and the client gets the result as per our commitment to him/her. However, if you are not happy or satisfied with the end result and have been through the dispute resolution process as well, we do entertain refund requests as per the subsequent schedule that clearly lists the services and our refund policy connected with each and every product / item and service, thereof.
Full refund would be given if project has not been initiated or if the initial design style is not approved.
If in case, we fail to deliver as per our delivery policy after the initial design is approved, then we will do a partial refund as per the proportion of the project completed.
If we are done with the whole project and have uploaded it on the server as well, then, no refunds will be issued.
Logo design / brochure design
Full refund if project has not begun or if the initial design style is not approved
If we fail to deliver as per our delivery policy after the initial design is approved, then we will make a partial refund as per the proportion of the project finished.
If in case, the project is completed and uploaded on the server, no refunds would be processed.
Directory submission /Article submission /Social bookmarking
No refunds for directory, social bookmarking or article submissions would be entertained.
Web programming service
Full Refunds if the project has not been started.
Every web related service project has its own agreement. Just in case there’s no explicit mention or agreement of refund policy, the below mentioned delivery policy shall be applicable for the same.
Partial refund would be processed as per the discretion of the service supplier if the project has not been completed as per the delivery policy and accepted contract. This refund would be measured as per the proportion of the task finished by CoolDesigning and the proportion that is left to be completed as per the pre-defined scope of the project.
Templates (Web /Corporate Identity / MS Office)
No refunds for any kind of templates designed.
Applicability of the Delivery Policy
Please note that “CoolDesigning ” delivery commitment is subject to: Timely payments: A project is not considered to be void if the agreed upon / listed payments are not cleared.
Timely communication from the client: We are not bound to respect our Refund Policy, if required info for successful completion of the project is not brought to our notice in a timely way. Any sort of delay or failure of the assigned project arising out of such situations cannot be attributed to CoolDesigning.
Completeness of information provided by the client: If the information provided to us is incomplete and/or complete information/scope of the project (service and/or product) is not provided at the beginning of the project, CoolDesigning is not bound to maintain its delivery and /or refund commitments.
CoolDesigning will not make any compensation for the delay of delivery under any circumstances, unless there is a special agreement signed with fine or penalty clause for delay in delivery.
Limitation of Liability
CoolDesigning’ liability is limited to the value of the portion of the project (as per CoolDesigning’ proposal) which stands incomplete at any given point of time. At any point of time, CoolDesigning cannot be held responsible for losses arising out of the services delivered / not delivered or the delay in the same.
CoolDesigning might in its sole discretion alter the above policy any time without any prior notification. Please review this policy regularly. Your continued use of CoolDesigning’s services after any such amendments signifies your acceptance thereof.
